1. READJOY: A Digital Scaffolding Toolbar for Struggling Readers in Content Area Courses

​

ReadJoy is the design artifact that I developed in EDIT 8190 course (Fall, 2016). It is a digital scaffolding toolbar for the readers who have difficulties in reading comprehension and fluency in content area courses. I also developed a MOOC to scaffold the content area teachers that have struggling readers in their classes.

2. AECT Proposal

I submitted this paper for a presentation at AECT, 2017. It is under review now.

3. QUAL 8400- Interview Project

This paper describes the qualitative interview I conducted investigating how adult learning occurs in formal and informal settings. The actual interview part and transcription have been removed from this document due to IRB procedures.

4. EDIT 8290- DBR Project (in progress)

This paper is about my current research interest: Scaffolding Pre-service Teachers' Critical Reflection-in-action.

​

5. EDIT 9630- Conceptual Framework (in progress)

This conceptual paper proposes design guidelines about how to design computer scaffolds to promote pre-service teachers' critical reflection in a virtual learning-by-teaching environment. Click here for the 'Introduction'.

6. RoboSTEM Project

I joined the RoboSTEM team last January. I help other team members to collect data. Click here for more information about the project.
